Policy

• Advanced Notice

We recommend booking your catering request as soon as possible. Advance notice ensures our ability to properly plan for your event. Any requests placed less than (1) one week will be subjected to a 25% rush fee. 

• Cancellations & Deposits

All quotes are reviewed and agreed upon prior invoice, therefore all deposits are non refundable except in extenuating circumstances to be decided by Digg In Catering, LLC. In the eventuality that an event is cancelled (5) five days prior to the event 50% of the proposal cost will be refunded. Cancellation of services made by Client less than three (3) full business days prior to the event will be charged 75% of the contract.

• Payment

Deposit is 25% down with the remaining balance due (7) seven days prior event date. Final payment is due no later than (7) seven days prior event date. Digg In Catering, LLC has the right to cancel events with unpaid balances. 

• Guarantee 

In order to best serve you, a guaranteed attendance number is required (7) seven days in advance. Once confirmed, the attendance can be increased however, we are unable to accommodate attendance decrease. In the event that the attendance arises within (3) three days prior event date, additional charges will occur priced per person. These charges are left to the discretion of Digg In Catering, LLC. 

• Event Time & Set Up

It is our goal to have every event ready 10 minutes prior to confirmed start time. Set up is timed for 3.5 hours. If your event starts or ends at 8:00 pm or after, equipment will be picked up the following business day. 

• Travel

Travel is FREE if location is in The City of Memphis. If not, travel fee of $.67 cents roundtrip will be calculated. Client is responsible for all room and board, flight and car rental if needed. 

• Service Charge

ALL displays are required a 18% service fee. This fee is for set up, breakdown & clean up. NO EXCEPTIONS!
